To ensure that our work is accomplished quickly and in time to affect the 2010-11 school year, an aggressive schedule is being followed. The following milestones and target dates have been set by the Education Subcommittee regarding the progress of the Giving Voice, Uniting Vision - Continuing Excellence in Catholic Education Initiative: | Milestone | Target Date
| - Complete at least 50 Discovery Interviews with parishioners at each of the eleven deanery parishes.

COMPLETE | - Each parish submits to the Ad-Hoc Committee a summary "roll-up" of the interview responses.

COMPLETE
| - Approx. 20 representatives from each of the eleven deanery parishes attend and participate in the Summit on Catholic Education at Trinity High School.
| 2-6-09 & 2-7-09
COMPLETE | - Project Area Groups and Summit Engagement Teams form to provide a basic infrastructure that will allow the deanery to take the dreams that surface at the Summit and work towards making them a reality, moving from concept to action.
| 2-8-09 through October 2009
IN PROGRESS | - Summit Engagement Teams provide First Draft Recommendations to Ad Hoc Committee on Education
| 6-8-09 | - Summit Engagement Teams incorporate feedback and provide Revised Recommendations to the Ad Hoc Committee on Education.
| 8-3-09 | - Ad Hoc Committee on Education submits Final Draft of Recommendations to the Archbishop and the Archdiocesan Board of Catholic Education.
